Every time we look at the Hambletonian lorry we cant quite belive its ours! To say we are thrilled with it is an understatement. You have made a fantastic lorry with near Oakley luxury at a fraction of the cost.
The centre door in the living area, which at first we had some misgivings about, works brilliantly. It is a novel solution and I can't think why more horseboxes aren't made that way.

A quick letter to express our gratitude for the fantastic job that Courchevel did in designing and building our new horsebox exactly to our specifications When we first visited you, we knew that we had come to the right place. We had spent a few months previously looking at other manufacturers all over the country but did not find one that understood both our and our horses requirements as well as you did. As you know, we take our horse welfare seriously and it was a breath of fresh air to find someone who has the personal experience with horses that you have and who puts this experience to good use in the design of your horseboxes.
From the start of the design when we explained what we needed, through to the final delivery, Courchevel were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Your recommendations and suggestions were exactly what we needed and your communication through the whole build process was excellent. We were particularly impressed with your finding of the right chassis that suited us and the build quality of the conversion. It certainly puts all the other manufacturers to shame. It is the little extras that are included in your horseboxes that make the difference and demonstrate that you both understand horses and care about what they need. We will have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Courchevel to friends and fully expect lots of interest when the horsebox gets seen in public.

I have just taken delivery of my new 3.5 coachbulld Courchevel legacy. It Is my first horsebox and I am thrilled with it. All my specifications have been carried out and everything finished beautifully. The breakaway breast bar works extremely well and although I hope I never have to use It, it does provide peace of mind. Delivery was on time.

My two ponies have been loaded and taken on a short trip. They travelled very calmly and contentedly, enjoying the views from the windows in a well ventilated environment. The customer service I received was second to none and I was very impressed with the fact that every time Joseph said he would ring he did. He also took me on a short test ride to calm my nerves about driving a vehicle bigger than I am used to. The horsebox Is now the envy of the yard. Thank you very much indeed. Regards Heather Drane
